Shanda Browning Vaughn, RN has been a registered nurse since 2000, working across hospital floors, discharge planning, and home health. She built CareBridge Navigator after years of watching families make enormous decisions about a parent's care with almost no information — and watching clinicians who knew the answers run out of time to explain them.
