Photograph paperwork with your phone
Most elder-care paperwork arrives on paper: hospital discharge instructions, an insurance card, a benefits denial letter, a signed power of attorney. In the document vault you tap Take photo, snap the page with your phone camera, and it is filed under a name you choose. The photo shows as a preview so you can confirm it is readable, and you can delete anything you no longer want kept.
