How CareBridge lists providers
Families deserve to know how a directory decides who appears in it. This page explains exactly how CareBridge listings are added, checked and ordered.
How does a provider get listed?
A provider applies through the registration form, or CareBridge adds a publicly known organization such as an Area Agency on Aging. A reviewer checks the business name, address, service area and any licence number. Only then does the listing publish.
What does verified mean, and what does it not mean?
Verified means the business details and licence claims were checked. It does not mean CareBridge inspected the care, audited staffing, or endorses the provider. Check your state licensing board and Medicare's Care Compare before hiring.
Does anyone pay for placement or ranking?
No. CareBridge Navigator takes no referral fees for care placement, and no provider can buy a higher position. Paid partnerships elsewhere on the site are labelled as partnerships on the page they appear on.

CareBridge Navigator is an educational tool. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.
